Yeah, I know, we just did pets but this one is just dogs. It can be your dog or any dog.

Oops!!! whats wrong with them. What they are thinking about? Well Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!. Nice pictures. Hope you enjoy it very well. Just have to get there first next time Holly. Let see what will be the next.

At Nistock Farms we're Knee Deep in Sheep

I'm frequently reminded by my dear husband that when we got married in 1990 and I brought my little flock of fiber sheep to the family farm, they were supposed to be "just for me, you know, to spin with and be pets". Over the years circumstances changed, as circumstances do, and the flock has evolved to nearly 100 ewes and rams (not counting lambs), and taken over the big dairy barn. We work hard for them and they work hard for us. We have a widely varied handspinning flock including white, black and moorit crossbreds of Border Leicester, Romney, Finn, Rambouillet and CVM, and our wonderful purebred heritage breed, Cotswolds. We raise our own corn and oats, bale the hay and straw, cut mountains of firewood for the house and workshops, can and preserve, stretch fence, dig ditches, pour concrete, build stuff, plant crops, do plumbing, wiring, welding, and anything else that needs doing. We're born and bred Farmers. You never know what the heck is gonna happen......
